SMITH John Gerald (Churchtown, Dublin) - As we approach the first anniversary of Gerry's death (March 4th), his wife Sylvia and daughters Sandra, Wendy, Linda, Dorothy and their families would like to thank all of those who attended the services, expressed their condolences, and made donations to St. Luke's Hospital. A special word of thanks to Rev. Michael Thompson for his support, both during Gerry's illness and with his funeral service, and to the medical teams at both Tallaght, and St. Luke's Hospitals, for their professionalism, diligence and care. A word of gratitude is due also to Gerry's many business and golfing friends, for their great kindness and support. As it is not possible to thank everyone individually, we hope that this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our sincere thanks to all.
