RODDY (Strandhill, Co. Sligo) - The family of the late Aoife Anne Roddy who died February 1, 2008, wish to thank all our friends who sympathised with us at our recent sad and sudden loss, all those who attended the Mass and burial, all those who sent Mass cards, letters of condolence and the many floral tributes. We would like to send our sincere gratitude to all those who cared for Aoife; Noreen, Shauna, Mary and Fiona; The Holy Family Creche; Sligo General Hospital, Markievicz House and the I.C.U. at the Children's Hospital Temple Street, who cared and comforted for our precious Aoife in her final days. Our deepest thanks to all our neighbours and the larger Strandhill community for all the kind words of comfort and support. Special tribute must be passed to Fr. Carroll and Fr. Aherne, who helped us at every step through our difficult journey. As it would be impossible to thank everybody individually, we trust that this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our heartfelt thanks. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass has been offered for all your intentions. Aoife's Month's Mind Mass will be celebrated in St. Patrick's Church, Strandhill on Sunday, March 2 at 9.30am.
