O'BRIEN (Fr. Donie) (Mullinavat, Co. Kilkenny) - The brother and sisters, nephews and nieces of the late Fr. Donie wish to thank most sincerely all who sympathised with them on their recent bereavement, those who attended the removal, funeral Mass and burial and those who sent Mass Cards and messages of sympathy. A special word of thanks to his many priest friends and colleagues, the priests and bishops of the Dioceses of Hexham and Newcastle, Ossory and Waterford, Fr. Liam Barron, P.P., Mullinavat, who celebrated the funeral Mass and Fr. Paddy Magner for his homily. To the sacristan and altar servers, choir, gravediggers, undertaker, G.A.A guard of honour and his many friends in Mullinavat. To his G.P Dr. Denis Kennedy and Ardkeen medical staff for their care and attention during his illness. Trusting this acknowledgement will be accepted by everyone in grateful appreciation. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass has been offered for your intentions.
