FITZPATRICK (née O'Sullivan) (Blackrock and late of Athlone) - January 2, 2008 (peacefully), at St Vincent's Hospital, Elm Park, Philomena (Phil), beloved wife of Frank; will be sadly missed by her husband, sons Anthony, Brian, Neil, Ciarán and Francis, daughters Annemarie, Liz and Mena, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, family and friends. R.I.P. Reposing at St Vincent's Hospital. Removal today (Thursday) to the Church of the Assumption, Booterstown Avenue, arriving at 5 o'clock Funeral tomorrow (Friday) after 11 o'clock Mass to Shanganagh Cemetery. "A light is from our household gone
A voice we loved is still,
A place is vacant in our home
That never can be filled".
