FORKIN (Leo) (Cloongoonagh, Tooreen, Ballyhaunis, Co. Mayo) - May 12, 2005 (peacefully), at his residence, Leo, dearly beloved husband of Nuala and father of Therese, Máire, Fionnuala, Martina, Marcus and Michael Leo; deeply regretted by his heartbroken wife and family, sons-in-law Chris and Michael, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, grandchildren, relatives and friends. R.I.P. Reposing at his residence until 4 o'clock today (Saturday) and at Donnellan's Funeral Home, Ballyhaunis from 4.30 o'clock with removal at 6.30 o'clock to St Mary's Church, Tooreen. Funeral Mass tomorrow (Sunday) at 11.30 o'clock Burial afterwards in Aghamore Cemetery.
