WHITE (Cobh and Haulbowline) - December 18, 2008, peacefully, in the tender care of the staff of Broomfield Lodge Nursing Home, Chris (née McCarthy) Roches Terrace, beloved wife of the late Lieutenant Commander John White and sister of the late Fr Jim and Fr Bart McCarthy S.M.A. and dear mother of Lieutenant Colonel John White, deeply mourned by her son daughter-in-law Mary, grandchildren John, David and Katie, brother Paddy, sister Ita and Eileen, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Rosary in the Cobh Hospital Mortuary tomorrow (Saturday) at 11 o'clock followed by removal to St Colman's Cathedral, Cobh for 12 Noon Requiem Mass. Funeral afterwards to St Colman's Cemetery, Cobh.May she rest in peace.
