McALISTER, Robert John (Dundalk and Dublin) - May 20, 2009, after a long illness, being cared for in St Mary's Hospital, Phoenix Park (peacefully) at home with the Lord. Deeply regretted by his devoted wife Jean, loving father of Derek, Heather, Timothy and Priscilla, daughters-in-law Alison and Carol, granddaughters Sarah, Emma, Katie-Joy, Hollie and Lucy, extended family and a very wide circle of friends. Service of Thanksgiving will take place tomorrow (Saturday) at 10 a.m. in Clontarf & Scots Presbyterian Church, Clontarf, Dublin 3 (kindly loaned) followed by interment in Dardistown Cemetery, Old Airport Road, Cloghran. Family flowers only. Donations if desired to the Lord's work at home and abroad c/o Nichols Funeral Directors."My grace is sufficient for thee for my strength is made perfect in weakness"
