O'SULLIVAN (née Heskin) (Rosanna, Tipperary) - October 28, 2005 (peacefully), in the loving care of the staff of Milford Hospice, Limerick, Patsy, beloved wife of the late Dr Michael (Sparky) and loving mother of Maria (Elkard), Anne (O'Riordan), Tricia (Kerr), Michael, Edward, Mimi (Waterbury) and Denise; deeply regretted by her loving family, daughters-in-law, sons-in-law, step- brother Les, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives and wonderful friends. Requiem Mass today (Monday) at 12 Noon at St Michael's Church, Tipperary and funeral afterwards to St Michael's Cemetery. Family flowers only. Donations if desired to Milford Hospice.May she rest in peace.
