WALSH Monsignor Michael (Ardmore, Co. Waterford and formerly of the Arch Diocese of Los Angeles) - April 20, 2011 (unexpectedly but peacefully in his 97th year) at Dungarvan Community Hospital, having been in the professional and compassionate care of the dedicated staff of St. Enda's. Pastor Emeritus Church of Our Lady of Perpetual Help, Downey, California, son of the late Declan and Maria Walsh, (Monea), brother of the late Tom (Ardmore), Jim (Summerhill), Mary Parsons (Cork) and Pat; deeply regretted by Cardinal Roger Mahony, Archbishop Emeritus of Los Angeles, Archbishop Jose H. Gomes, and his brother priests of the Arch Diocese of Los Angeles, his sister Gertie McCarthy, his niece Nora McCarthy, his Walsh and Parsons nieces and nephews and their families. Funeral after 11 o'c Mass on Easter Monday (April 25) in St. Declan's Church, Ardmore to Holy Cross Cemetery, Ardmore.Requiescat in Pace.
