A special thanks to our parish priest Fr. Dan Dunne, Mgr. John Wilson PP, Athy, Fr. Laurence Fleming, Fr. Patrick Seery and Fr. Philip Dennehy. Thanks to the singers and musicians who contributed so much to the ceremonies. Many thanks also to the Rector, Mgr. Liam Bergin and the students of the Irish College Rome and Fr. We greatly appreciate the help and support received from our families and relatives and from all our friends and neighbours in the communities of Athy and Ballintubbert, especially the Dempsey and Shanahan families. A most sincere thanks also to all Mary's colleagues and friends who meant so much to her, especially Jean and Sinead and their families and the family of her dear friend Elizabeth Gubbins who died with her in Rome. We are most grateful to the staff at the Dept. of Foreign Affairs, Dublin and Ambassador Sean O'Huiginn and his staff in Rome for their generous support and assistance. We appreciate the great help and assistance we received from Aer Lingus, from Mr. Joe Rigney and from the Gardai in Athy and Ballylinan. Thanks to the management, staff and students of Ardscoil na Trionoide, Athy, for their support. We are touched and humbled by the amount of kindness and support we have received from so many people following the tragic death of our dear daughter and sister. Mary's First Anniversary Mass will be celebrated in Ballyadams Church on Saturday March 21, at 12 noon.
