WALSH (Main Street, Swinford and Ballinisland, Foxford, Co. Mayo) - May 8, 2007 (peacefully), in the loving care of the staff of the Galway Hospice, Michael, beloved husband of Marie and loving father of Conor, Dermot, Michael, Fiona, Pearse and Marieanne; deeply regretted by his loving family, brothers Des and Pearse (Canada), aunts Sr Venantius Walsh (Marist Convent, Carrick on Shannon) and Jo Burke (Galway), mother-in-law Nancy Holmes, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, colleagues in R.T.E. and many friends. Rest in peace. Reposing at his residence this Friday from 3 o'clock Removal at 7 o'clock to Our Lady Help of Christians Church, Swinford. Solemn Requiem Mass on Saturday at 2 o'clock followed by burial in Kilconduff Cemetery. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired to Hospice Foundation.
