BLAKE John, MCh, FRCS, FRCSEd, FRCSI (Ailesbury Road, Donnybrook) - January 9, 2011, formerly of St Vincent's University Hospital and Royal Victoria Eye & Ear Hospital (peacefully) surrounded by his family. Darling husband of Eithne (née Power) and loving father of Alison (Ledingham), Richard, Patricia (Fitzpatrick), Michael and Gavin. Predeceased by his sister and brother-in-law, Marie and Gerry Scully; sadly missed by his family, his brother and sister-in-law Tom and Eileen (Cork), sons-in-law John and Chris, daughters-in-law Marielle, Ann and Deirdre, sister-in-law Sr. Stanislaus (Vera), brothers-in-law Fr. Michael, Joe and Noel, his 14 cherished grandchildren, and by all his relatives and friends. Sincere thanks to Mount Tabor Nursing Home, The Orchard Respite Centre, and St. Vincent's University Hospital. Reposing at home tomorrow (Tuesday) from 4pm to 8pm. Requiem Mass on Wednesday at 11.30am at Church of the Sacred Heart, Donnybrook followed by burial in Deans Grange Cemetery. Family flowers only please.
