McDONNELL (Sean) ("The Crossroads", Coolegarry, Curraghboy, Co. Roscommon) - Peggy his wife, daughter Mary and sons Paul, Brendan, Mark with their extended family wish to express our sincere gratitude to all those who sympathised with us on the sad loss of Sean. Sincere thanks to all who called personally to the house, telephoned, sent Mass Cards, Enrolments, messages of sympathy, gave donations to Roscommon Hospital; to those who travelled distances to be with us and attended the funeral Mass and those who cared for Sean during his illness. Thanks to Fr John Cullen who assisted us in the most professional manner and for his lovely words of comfort during the removal and at the funeral Mass concelebrated with Fr Michael Scanlon and Fr Liam Ryan. Thanks to the soloists and the organist for the beautiful music during the Mass. We wish to express our gratitude to Edna McHugh, Undertaker for his help and assistance and to those who helped with the grave digging. To our neighbours, relatives and friends who helped us at the sad time of the funeral and to those who continue to offer support; and to Fr Hugh Lee who celebrated Sean's Month's Mind Mass, thank you. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions. "You can shed tears that they have gone or you can remember and smile because they lived."
