HEFFERNAN (Claire Elizabeth) (née Flanagan) (Drumcondra, Dublin) - May 12, 2005, at St Colmcille's Hospital Loughlinstown (peacefully), after a brief illness and a long and fulfilling life, Past President of the Arts and Regent Bridge Clubs, wife of the late Laurence, loving mother of Jacqueline (Gribben), Ann (Carroll), infant Laurence and Neil (deceased), Elaine and Donal, caring and proud mother-in-law of Michael and Frank, grandmother of Neil Gribben, Anthony, Paul, Cliodhna and Frans Carroll and Colin Heffernan, great-grandmother to Michael, Helena and Christian Gribben, Sam, Joseph, Sarah and Ben Carroll; deeply regretted by all her family, nephews, nieces, grandnephews, grandnieces, cousins, relatives and a large circle of friends. Rest in peace. Funeral this (Saturday) morning after 10 o'clock Mass in St Brigid's Church, Cabinteely, to Shanganagh Cemetery."God grant her Eternal rest".
