GLEESON (late of the Clevis Nursing Home, formerly Pine Avenue, Foxrock, Killiney, Clonmel and Drom in Inch, Co. Tipperary) - March 29, 2008, James (Jim), beloved husband of the late Bridget (Biddy), passed away peacefully and quietly, following a short illness; he will be deeply mourned by his son Jack (John), his daughter Joan (U.S.A.), daughter- in-law Laura, grandchildren Aideen, Audrey, John, Lucy and William, brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews and a wide circle of family and friends, particularly his friends in the Clevis, where he was so happy in his latter years. Reposing in Leopardstown Park Hospital this (Monday) afternoon from 3.30 o'clock prior to his removal at 4.30 o'clock to Church of Our Lady of Perpetual Succour, Foxrock, arriving at 5 o'clock Funeral after 11 o'clock Mass tomorrow (Tuesday) to Shanganagh Cemetery.May his soul rest in peace with God.
