PIERCE (George) (Clonkeen Road, Blackrock) (Died July 7, 2005) - George's wife Beryl, his sisters Ida and Vivien would like to thank most sincerely all those who sympathised with us in the sad loss of our beloved George. Beryl would especially like to thank the wonderful neighbours and friends who gave her so much support during George's lengthy illness and since his death. We would like to thank all those who attended the funeral and cremation Services; those who travelled long distances; the clergy for the beautiful Ceremonies; the Rev Kevin Dalton and his Curate Darren; Canon Alfred Mitchell; the pallbearers, organist Siobhan and Myra O'Neill for her beautiful reading of Helen Steiner Rice; Carnegie's Funeral Directors for their help, attention and sensitivity to all details; for all cards, letters and enrolments, and all donations to the Irish Kidney Association are gratefully acknowledged. Unfortunately, it is not possible to thank everyone individually, but we hope that this message will be accepted by all as a token of our deep gratitude and appreciation.
