FITZPATRICK (Pat) (Woodview Park, Castleknock, Dublin 15) (August 28, 2007) - Pat's wife Deirdre, sons Niall, Conor and Eoin and Pat's family would like to thank most sincerely all those who showed such kindness and support during Pat's illness and to all those who sympathised with them in their recent sad loss of Pat. A special word of thanks to the Chairman, Directors and staff of Toyota Ireland and the Toyota Dealer Network for all their kindness and support shown during Pat's illness. Thank you also to Sr. Marian and staff, Daughters of Charity, Navan Road. Thank you to Dr. Neary, Dr. McDermott and Dr. Higgins and all the staff at Tallaght Hospital for the excellent care and attention Pat received there. To St. Frances Hospice Homecare Team, we thank you. A special thanks also to Fr. O'Connor for the lovely funeral Mass and to the musicians and singers. Pat's Months Mind Mass will take place on Thursday, October 4 at 7.30 o'clock in Our Lady Mother of the Church, Castleknock.
