CAULFIELD (John James) (Jack) (late of Dublin and Roscommon) - Maureen, Helen, Anne, Patricia, Jacqui and families would like to thank all those who sympathised with us in our sad loss of a very dear Dad; those who sent cards and letters of sympathy, visited the house, attended the removal, Mass and burial and travelled long distances to be with us. We would like to thank our wonderful neighbours and friends, especially Marge Walsh, Kay Ryan and Sandra Carroll who gave us such support during Dad's illness. A special word of thanks to Our Lady's Hospice, Harold's Cross and the Public Health home care teams. We would like to thank the priests of the parish, Fr Gay Colleran P.P. and Fr Kevin Rowan and also Fr Míceal Hastings P.P. and Fr Gerry Corocoran for the beautiful ceremonies and Liam O'Maonlaí for his special musical tribute. To all whom we have been unable to contact personally we hope this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our deep appreciation. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass has been offered for all your intentions.
