COLLINGWOOD (née Hennessy) (Sandycove, Co. Dublin and formerly Epsom, Surrey) - April 25, 2006, in the loving care of the staff at Beechfield Nursing Home, Shankill, Dr Pat (Patricia), beloved wife of the late Tom; sadly missed by Susi and Neil and dear family and friends. Rest in peace. Removal on Friday to Church of the Assumption, Dalkey, arriving at 9.50 o'clock for Mass at 10 o'clock Funeral after Mass to Deans Grange Cemetery. Enquiries to Quinns Funeral Home, Glasthule Road, Dun Laoghaire, tel. 2806756. Family flowers only. Donations if desired to the Irish Heart Foundation.
