FOGARTY Denise (née Cusack) (Died September 9, 2008) - Denise's husband Pat, daughter Julie, sons Patrick and Mark, mother Theresa, brothers Denis and Keith and the extended family are deeply grateful to all those who sympathised with us on the loss of a beloved wife, mother, daughter and sister. Denise is now reunited with her beloved Dad Denis. We are eternally grateful to those who made Denise's last day at home such a memorable occasion - those who walked her to the Church and the reception by the staff and students of Oatlands College (Stillorgan) and St. Mary's College C.S.Sp., (Rathmines) Junior and Senior Schools. To our friends Jody and David Fanagan (Funeral Directors) for their wonderful professionalism and gentle direction. To all the priests of St. Mary's College C.S.Sp., Rathmines and Templeogue College C.S.Sp., who celebrated the funeral Mass, attended the removal and said prayers in the house, our sincere thanks. To the choir of St. Mary's College C.S.Sp., (Rathmines) Junior School who sang at the Mass, many thanks. A special word of thanks to Dr. John Crown, the wonderful staff of St. Vincent's Private Hospital - all the nurses of the Cedar Ward, the Day Oncology Unit and Pastoral Care teams. We would like to thank all Denise's colleagues in the staff room of Oatlands College, all her Basketball friends from "St. Louis" and Templeogue Basketball Clubs. To all our friends for the wonderful support we received from St. Mary's college R.F.C. and C.Y.M. Cricket Club. To the "girls" who supported Denise so well in the short months of her illness and those who carried her into the Church a special thank you, "you know who you are". To the President, Executive Committee and Members of St. Mary's College R.F.C. and C.Y.M. Sports and Social Club. The holy sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for all your intentions. An anniversary Mass will be held on Wednesday evening, September 9, at 6.30 o'clock in St. Mary's College R.F.C, Templeville Road.
