HEFFERNAN (Dublin) - September 26, 2005, after a long illness bravely borne with dignity and spirit, at Our Lady's Hospice, Harold's Cross and Tallaght Hospital, Richard E. (Gabriel), son of the late Richard and Sara, late of Bancroft Road, Tallaght and formerly of Killarney; deeply regretted by Hilary, son John, daughter Madeleine, brother Tom, sisters Betty (O'Connor), Madeleine and Frances (Williams), son-in-law Dr Mauro Fiacco, daughter- in-law Tamsin, grandchildren, relatives and friends. Rest in peace. Funeral on Friday after 10 o'clock Mass in St Mary's Priory, Tallaght. Burial afterwards to Dean's Grange Cemetery. Family flowers only, please; donations, if desired, to Our Lady's Hospice or The Irish Cancer Society.
