(Santry, Dublin and former Director of Brother International) - November 17, 2008 (peacefully), at home after a short illness, surrounded by his family; deeply regretted by his darling wife Maura, children Les, Zoe, Derek and Linda, sisters Gertie and Frances, brother Willie, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, sons-in-law, daughter-in-law, nieces and nephews, his 9 wonderful grandchildren and a wide circle of family and friends. Removal today (Wednesday) from Lanigan's Funeral Home, Beaumont Road, to St. Pappan's Church, Santry arriving at 6 o'clock Funeral Service tomorrow (Thursday) at 11 o'clock am followed by burial in adjoining churchyard. Family flowers only please, donations if desired to St. Francis Hospice, Raheny. House private."Safe in the arms of Jesus"
