DELANY

DELANY (Canon Patrick) - The sisters, nieces and nephews of the late Canon Patrick Delany wish to express their deep appreciation of the sympathy and support they received during their recent loss. To Fr. Dick Doherty, cherished friend and principal celebrant of the Funeral Mass and to the bishops and priests who concelebrated, we extend our heartfelt gratitude. We also wish to thank Ballybacon Hurling Club for their guard of honour, the combined choir of the three parishes, all those who called to the house, attended the removal and Funeral Mass, those who tended the grave and those who helped during those trying days. Finally, we thank the doctors and nursing staff of Medical 1 and the nurses in the dialysis unit of Ardkeen Hospital, Waterford. As it is not possible to name everyone personally, please accept this acknowledgement as an expression of our appreciation. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions. The Months Mind Mass will be held in Ballybacon Church on the July 17, at 7.30 o'clock
