FITZGERALD (Batterstown, Co. Meath and late of Carrigeen, Co. Roscommon and formerly of Terenure and Bective) - May 29, 2008 (peacefully), at home, after a long illness borne with dignity, patience and good humour, in the loving care of his family, Gerald M., late of R.T.É. and Phoenix Relays, dearly loved husband of Terry, loving father of Bláithín and Emer, beloved 'Brum' of David, Caoith and Niamh; sadly missed by his brother Turlough (Galway), sisters-in-law Anne and Mena, son-in-law Seamus, nephews, nieces, cousins, carers and a wide circle of friends. R.I.P. Reposing at his home from 2 o'clock today (Saturday). Funeral Service at his home tomorrow (Sunday) at 1 o'clock, followed by burial in Batterstown Cemetery.
