COSTELLO (née Gleeson) (Averard, Taylor's Hill, Galway) - March 15, 2011) at University Hospital, Galway, Mary (Chartered Physiotherapist, Former President Irish Ladies Hockey Union and Galway Golf Club and former director Connacht Tribune), dearly beloved wife of the late Dr. Joe and much loved mother of Joey and Conor; deeply mourned and sadly missed by her loving sons and daughters-in-law Petrina and Anna her adored grandchildren Zoe, Emma Jane and Ava, her devoted sister and brother Sal and Paddy, sisters-in-law, nephews and nieces, relatives and many friends. Reposing at home tomorrow (Thursday) from 4p.m. to 8p.m. Removal on Friday morning to arrive at St. Joseph's Church, Presentation Road for Requiem Mass at 12 noon. Funeral after Mass to the new cemetery, Bohermore. House Private on Friday morning. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu of flowers to Western Alzheimer's Association."At Rest"
