McCARTHY (Carrigaline, Co Cork) Eugene - Most adored husband of Imelda and darling father of Elaine, Eamonn, Fionola and Annemarie, died peacefully at home on March 9, 2010, having endured his illness with courage and dignity. Eugene will be very sadly missed by his devoted wife, loving children, brother Jim, grandchildren, sons-in-law and daughter-in-law, relatives and friends. Reception to the parish church of Our Lady and St John, Carrigaline today (Friday) for Requiem Mass at 12 noon. Funeral afterwards to St Mary's Cemetery, Carrigaline. Family flowers only please, donations if desired, to Marymount Hospice or Irish Cancer Society. Enquires to Fordes Funeral Directors. May he rest in peace.
