COOKE George Edward, (Goatstown, Dublin) - Died 8th August 2010 - On the weekend of George's First Anniversary, Evelyn, George and Jackie would like to express their heart felt gratitude to all those who sympathised and displayed great kindness to our family. We would like to thank all those who attended the funeral, sent cards, letters and messages of comfort at the time of George's passing. We would like to express our thanks to Canon Des Sinnamon, Canon Horace McKinley, and Rev. Niall Sloane for their pastoral support prior to and following George's death. We thank the wonderful staff in Marlay Nursing Home for their care of George and to Dr. Tim Gleeson for his never ending support over the years. Also to Mary Ryder from the Heart Failure Clinic at St. Michael's Hospital for her kindness. Also a special thank you to all those who donated so generously to the Irish Grocers Benevolent Fund and the Heart Failure Clinic. It is impossible to thank all of you individually so please accept this Acknowledgement as a token of our appreciation and gratitude. - Always loved and never forgotten.
