CZERNIAK Gerry died July 30, 2010 (late of Shelton Park) His wife Carmel, his children and family would like to thank most sincerely all their relatives, friends and neighbours who sympathised with them on their sad loss. Those who sent letters and Sympathy Cards; those who visited the house and the hospice; and those who attended the Funeral Ceremony. A special thanks to the staff of Our Lady's Hospice, Harold's Cross and the staff at St Luke's and St James for all their care and kindness. Thanks also to all those who made donations towards Our Lady's Hospice and various charities. As it would be impossible to thank everyone, we hope that you will accept this Acknowledgement with our thanks.
