GRAHAM (Dermot) (36 The Bailey, Circular Road, Galway and formerly Dublin) (Died February 8, 2006) - On this the occasion of Dermot's First Anniversary, his wife Eileen, adored and adoring children, Katherine, Myles and the whole family circle wish to extend our sincere thanks to the many people who supported us during our sad loss. To all those who came to the Services and in particular those who travelled long distances. All those who called to the house, who gave gifts, floral tributes, telephoned, sent cards, Mass cards, and poems. To our combined friends and distant relatives who sent heartfelt letters, as well as Dermot's business contacts, some of whom we never met and consequently were all the more touched and gladdened by them. To his closest friends in Galway and Dublin. To all his esteemed Schlegel colleagues worldwide, to Anne Kennedy his near associate and Bob Rafter a valued and loyal family friend. To Eamón Shevlin, who sang our "Goodbye's" to him, because he said, "Dermot would expect it of him". To our exceptional Bailey neighbours whose kindness and generosity has overwhelmed us. To Tom and Mary Corcoran for being who they are and to all his good buddies both in the Bunch of Grapes and The Galway Arms. To all in O'Flaherty's Funeral Home for their humanity and excellence and also to the staff at Rahoon Cemetery. To Fr. Brian Edwards, Bushy Park Church for a fitting ceremony, much appreciated. A special thanks to the staff and pupils of St. Joseph's Special School and all the wonderful staff in The Galway Association. To An Garda Síochaná, especially Garda O'Sullivan for his extreme sensitivity and human kindness. In short to everyone who knew and valued Dermot. We are humbled and sincerely grateful."Hard times come again no more" - Sweet Prince.
