COX Jill (née Kirwan), Sandycove, Co. Dublin. - December 6, 2010, loving wife of the late Brian, mother to David, Susie, Douglas and Julie; sister to Hilary, Tony and the late Jack; sister-in-law to Donald, Betty and Cynthia; mother-in-law to Orna, Charlie and John; special grandmother (Pal) to Andrew, Kate, Amy, Jack, Elly, Grace, Luke, Arthur and Moya; loved by her nieces and nephews and by her wide circle of friends. Funeral Service tomorrow (Wednesday) at 12 noon at St. Patrick's Church, Harbour Road, Dalkey, followed by private burial.

<p>JILL COX WAS ESPECIALLY KIND TO ME</p> <p>I have just discovered the passing of Mrs. Jill Cox after seeing her collection pass through Adams Auction House.</p> <p>I met Jill through friends of the Irish Glass Society.</p> <p>She was very welcoming, invited me to see her collection at Beaufield Mews and sold me the very best piece I have in my Irish Glass Collection, on CREDIT!</p> <p>Can you imagine!, Jill barely knew me and was let me take that canoe bowl with me that day. I took a year to pay off the bill, but I did and we became friends. May God Bless her and MANY THANKS JILL for your kindness to me that day, years ago.</p> <p>Sincerley, Christopher Yeager Los Angeles, February 9, 2012.</p>
