DURNIN, Niall (Blackrock, Co. Dublin) - Jane, sons Brian and Diarmuid, daughter Ciara and brothers John, Eamonn and Paul, would like to thank all those who sympathised with us in our very sad loss of Niall, on October 18, 2008. Our heartfelt thanks to those who called to the house and attended the removal and funeral Mass, those who sent letters of support, cards and floral tributes. Thanks also to the dedicated staff of St James's Hospital and Our Lady's and Blackrock Hospices for the kindness and respectful care they showed to Niall. A very special thanks to Fr Conway who celebrated the funeral Mass, the Law Library Choir who sang so beautifully, Sean Moylan for his moving tribute, our kind friends, extended family, neighbours and Niall's colleagues who helped us in so many ways. We would particularly like to thank all those who travelled long distances, especially my family, who came from the USA. As it may take some time to thank everyone individually who showed such kindness and support to us over the period of Niall's illness and over the last difficult weeks, we hope this acknowledgement will be accepted by all. Niall's Month's Mind Mass will be offered at 11 o'clock on Saturday, November 22, in St John the Baptist Church, Blackrock. Join us in remembering Niall in your thoughts and prayers.
