PHELAN (née Ryan) (Constance Helen) (Pansy) (formerly of Chatham Court, Dublin 2, Mount Alton, Knocklyon and Templeville Road, Templeogue) - November 11, 2006 (peacefully), in the loving care of the Matron and staff at The Ashbury Nursing Home, dearly loved wife of Ray, beloved mother of Ken, Karen and Martin; sadly missed by her husband, children, her sister Kay, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives and a large circle of friends. Rest in peace. Removal this (Monday) evening from Carnegie's Funeral Home, 19 The Crescent, Monkstown, to Church of The Assumption, Booterstown Avenue, arriving at 5 o'clock Funeral tomorrow (Tuesday) morning after 10 o'clock Mass, to Mount Jerome Crematorium. No flowers, please. Donations, if desired, to the Alzheimers Society.
