COOKE (Trevor) (William) - August 24, 2005 (suddenly) in St James's Hospital, beloved husband of Joan, dear Dad of Jonathan and Sally-Ann, father-in-law to Bridie and Michael, devoted Grandpa to Michael, Joanne and Sam; sadly missed by his family, in-laws, extended family and friends. Funeral Service on Tuesday in Abbey Presbyterian Church, Parnell Square at 11 o'clock and afterwards to Deans Grange Cemetery. Family flowers only. Donations if desired to M.D. Ireland, 71-72 North Brunswick Street, D.7."The Lord is my Shepherd".
