KIRWAN Kay - (Kilmacthomas, Co. Waterford) (who died August 6, 2010). On this the occasion of the First Anniversary of Kay's death, her husband David, children Gareth, Geraldine, David, Kevin and Bryan, daughters-in-law, sisters, brother, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law and much loved grandchildren Connor, Lucy and Jessica, wish to express their heartfelt appreciation to all who helped to support and comfort us during Kay's illness and following her death. We are truly grateful to you for everything you have done and for all you continue to do. We would like to thank everyone who attended the funeral Mass and burial, many of whom travelled long distances to be with us. A special thanks to Fr. Keogh, PP for officiating at the Mass and to Dinah Walsh for her beautiful singing. We also wish to thank the medical staff in the South Infirmary/Victoria Hospital, Cork, Waterford Regional Hospital and St. Vincent's Hospital Dungarvan, Co. Waterford for looking after Kay during her illness and to the Home Care team who were so kind and supportive. Thank you to those who sent Mass cards, letters of sympathy and called to visit, in particular our very thoughtful neighbours and friends. Thank you also to John Thompson, Funeral Directors, Waterford for their efficiency and professionalism. We are left with many happy memories of a treasured wife, loving mother and very proud grandmother who is very special to us and who will always be remembered. We hope this Acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our appreciation for the love, kindness and support that has been shown to us. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass has been offered for your intentions.
