O'BRIEN Claire (née O'Brien) - December 16, 2008, at St James's Hospital, ten days short of her 93rd birthday, after a short illness, widow of the late Jack and sister of the late Des and Kevin; will be sadly missed by her children Tim, John D., Maureen (Ryan), Frank and Pat (Tilson), daughters- in-law Patricia and Denise, sons-in-law Sean and Dick, sisters-in-law Ann and Helen; beloved grandmother to Deirdre, Aidan, Karla, Lesley, Nicholas, Susie, Johnny, Brian, Maeve (Cook), Cliona (Clancy), Richard and Ian, and great-grandmother to Jodie, Kate, Ava and Jessica; deeply regretted by her extended family and very many friends. Funeral on Saturday after 11 o'clock Mass in Church of The Good Shepherd, Churchtown, followed by burial in St Joseph's Cemetery, Bohernabreena. Family flowers only. Donations, if desired, to St Vincent de Paul Society.
