TORMEY, Philip F., died October 3, 2009 (peacefully), in Cannes, France, with his much loved and loving wife Anne at his bedside, formerly of UN, New York, UNESCO, Paris and Department of Local Government, Custom House. Funeral to Cannes Crematorium on Thursday October 8 at 11 a.m. Memorial Service in Dublin at a later date.
