GRIFFITH (Fr Gerard) - November 30, 2007, in his 92nd year (peacefully), in the care of all the staff at Orwell House Nursing Home, formerly of the Parishes of Drimnagh, Castletown, Francis Street, Terenure, Aughrim Street, Ballymun and Clogher Road; very deeply regretted by all of his nieces and nephews (including his nephew Fr Liam O Cúiv, P.P.), Archbishop Diarmuid Martin, his fellow priests of the diocese, relatives and friends. Requiescat in Pace. Removal from the nursing home this (Saturday) evening to St Bernadette's Church, Clogher Road arriving at 5.30 o'clock Funeral on Monday after 11 o'clock Concelebrated Mass to Glasnevin Cemetery.
