Sad to hear

So sad to hear that Jim has died. It is quite a while since I met him last but we were very friendly in the '70's during his Aer Lingus and Norwich Union days. He was a very good friend and great fun. He had a wonderful broad view of life - not that normal in Ireland then or now. Very sorry that I cannot attend funeral, just heard the sad news last night. Very best regards to his brothers and sisters of whom I often heard him speak and to John, his friend over the years.

With deepest sympathy and best wishes,

Jo Walsh

My condolences to Jims family

My condolences to Jim's family. I was very sad to hear that he has passed away. I worked with Jim in Irish Times Training for 3 years. I was the Sales Executive for all the IT courses that Jim taught. He was a brilliant trainer and pleasure to work with, always getting the best comments from his students. He was never in a bad mood and always had time for me. Everyone in Irish Times Training got on great with Jim and he was always up for a chat! He will be sorely missed. Unfortunately I can not make it down to the funeral, but I wanted to leave a message.

Kind regards

Simone Crowley
