CARROLL (Annie) (Donnybrook, Dublin 4) (died August 26, 2006) - The family of the late Annie Carroll wish to thank most sincerely all those who sympathised and offered support to them during their recent sad bereavement. Thanks to all who attended the removal, funeral Mass and burial; those who sent Mass Cards, floral tributes and made donations to the F.M.S.A. Mission in Uganda. Heartfelt thanks to all our relatives, friends and dear neighbours. Sincere thanks to Fr Pat Carroll P.P. and Fr Declan Gallagher, Parish of the Sacred Heart, Donnybrook for their wonderful support and co-operation in arranging Mam's Funeral Liturgies and Maureen's F.M.S.A. Sisters for printing the Mass leaflet for us. We would especially like to thank Sr Marie and staff of Mary Aikenhead Day Centre, Staff of St Lawrence Ward and Cardiac Unit, St Vincent's Hospital and the matron and staff of St John's House of Rest who cared so lovingly for Mam. Sincere thanks also to Dr Donal Kelly, Mam's G.P. for many years, his very obliging secretary Catherine and the Community Care Nurses who visited her when required. Thanks also to members of C.Y.M.S. Ringsend, Secular Franciscan Order, Merchants Quay, D.I.T. Bolton Street. Please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our deep appreciation. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for all your intentions.
