DUGGAN (née Fanning) (Blackrock, Co. Dublin) - October 27, 2005 (peacefully), at Belmont House Nursing Home, Billie, beloved wife of the late Jimmy and dear mother of Roger, Jim, and Rowan; sadly missed by her loving family, daughters-in-law Eva, Phil and Fiona, grandchildren, relatives and friends. Rest in peace. Removal on Monday from Quinn's Funeral Home, Glasthule Road, Dun Laoghaire, to the Church of The Guardian Angels, Newtownpark Avenue, arriving 5 o'clock Funeral on Tuesday after 10 o'clock Mass to Dean's Grange Cemetery.
