WHELAN, Eithne (Assisi House, formerly Ferguson Road, Drumcondra) - December 29th 2009, at the Mater Hospital, (peacefully) after a short illness. Beloved aunt and godmother of (Professor) Ruth Whelan, mourned by her cousin Paddy Mitchell, her nieces and nephews in Australia, Canada and England, the sisters and staff of Assisi House, neighbours and friends. Requiem Mass Tuesday 5th January at 10 o'clock, at Corpus Christi Church, Homefarm Road, Drumcondra, Dublin 9 with burial afterwards in St. Patrick's Cemetery, Tullow, Co. Carlow arriving at 12.30 approx.Nunc dimittis servum tuum Domine.
