CONROY Anthony (Tony) (Aglish, Roscrea) - R.I.P. March 19, 2010. The wife (Phyilis) and family (Pascal, Mary, Una, Antoin, Ian, Niall, Fiona and Sean) of the late Tony Conroy wish to thank most sincerely all those who sympathised with us on our sad loss and who continue to show their support and kindness. We would like to thank all who attended the wake and funeral, called to our home, who brought food, telephoned, sent Mass cards, messages of sympathy and flowers. We would like to express our gratitude to our wonderful neighbours and friends who gave of themselves repeatedly, especially our cousin Frank Moran, The Horan family, The Hogan families, John Cash, The Brennan families, Bernie Grace, Willie and Aldeen Cavanagh. Our gratitude also to Willie Loughnane and the staff of the County Arms Hotel, Birr for the excellence of the post-burial meal, not forgetting also those who came along and helped out in providing sustenance for those who attended the wake. Thanks to Fr. Tom O'Halloran and Fr. J.J Rogers for their prayers, support and frequent visits to our father during his illness. We would also like to thank Fr. Martin Loftus and all the priests who concelebrated the funeral Mass, to Paul Conroy who sang so beautifully and for the musicians and the altar servers. We would like to thank Milford Hospice homecare nurses who helped facilitate Tony's wishes that he remain at home surrounded by his family during those last months, especially Terry, Marie, Mary and Eimear. Thanks also to Tim Egan the undertaker for all his help. As it is not possible to thank everybody individually, we trust that this acknowledgement is accepted as a token of our deep appreciation. The Holy sacrifice of the mass will be offered for your intentions.
