O'SULLIVAN Mary, Kincora Grove, Clontarf, Dublin. First Anniversary of our loving daughter and sister who suddenly died on June 18, 2009 - Sheila, Aidan, Nora, Catherine and Clare together with their families would like to express our sincere thanks to all our relatives, friends, neighbours, Priests, Chaplains and colleagues who sympathised with us and supported us in our sudden and sad loss. A special thanks to all who visited the house, attended the funeral and travelled long distances to be with us. Thank you for all the cards, letters, floral tributes and donations to the Diabetic Unit, Beaumont Hospital. We want to thank Fr. Cormac Mc Ilraith for all his support and assistance. A special thanks to all Mary's colleagues and friends in Beaumont ICU, Hospital staff and the staff and classmates of RCSI who were so caring and compassionate during this time. Many thanks to the Emergency Services for their assistance and especially to An Garda Síochána, Clontarf. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our appreciation and gratitude. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for the intentions of all.'Mary is greatly missed'
