TRAYNOR (Benedict J.) (Iveragh Road, Dublin 9) (May 1, 2006) - Mary, family and sister Sheila wish to thank most sincerely all those who sympathised and supported us during our recent sad bereavement. Thanks to our family in Canada, our family and friends who travelled from the U.K. and Portugal and throughout Ireland, especially Benny's many friends from Cork. We deeply appreciate the following organisations which Benny was a member: The Knights of Columbanus (Guard of Honour), The Society of St Vincent de Paul, The Bohemians (Musical) and The 43 Club (Guard of Honour). Special thanks to Fr Finbar Neylon, Fr Tim O'Leary (Chief Celebrant), Fr Denis Foley, Fr Aidan Darcy, and his dear friend Fr Naos McCool (Duquesne University, Pittsburgh). Grateful thanks to Edmond Browne, Bryan Hoey and Bill McMahon for music and song and organist Michael Kelly at the removal and Requiem Mass. We will be forever grateful to the doctors, nurses and staff of the Mater Private Hospital, especially to Dr Declan Sugrue and his team for their kindness and care during Benny's illness, and family doctor Dr Aidan Hampson. We would also like to thank those who attended the removal, the Requiem Mass, sent letters and cards and made donations to the Irish Cancer Society. Finally, we thank John Kirwan of Kirwan's Undertakers, Fairview for his support. We hope that this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our appreciation. Mass will be offered for the intentions of all.
