SHORTER (née McDonnell) (Louisa Helen) (Tourmakeady, Co. Mayo, Balrothery, Balbriggan, Kilsharvan, Bettystown) (Died January 22, 2007), her daughter Lucita would like to express her sincere thanks and appreciation to everyone who has helped her during the very sad loss of her dearly beloved mother. To all the staff, nurses, carers and doctors of Creevelea Nursing Home, Laytown and Sunhill Nursing Home, Termonfeckin for caring for her so wonderfully during her time there, and to all her wonderful relations, friends and neighbours who called to the house. To Archdeacon Lawrence and Canon Jim Welson and Canon Cecil Mills for officiating at her funeral and those who travelled long distances to attend the funeral. A special word of thanks to members of the East Meath Hospice Association whom formed a guard of honour. To Paddy, Patricia and Aiden Townley Funeral Directors for their invaluable help with the arrangements, to all those who sent donations to East Meath Hospice as it was greatly appreciated. Also to everyone who sent cards, Mass Cards, letters of sympathy and telephone calls it is greatly appreciated. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, i hope this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of her gratitude.
