CLARKE (née O'Flaherty) (Theresa) (Terry) (Glenageary, Co. Dublin) - April 5, 2007 in the wonderful care of St. Michael's Hospital after a long suffering illness, dearly beloved wife of the late Jack and loving mother of Denise, Adrienne and the late Mark, Greg, Paula and Norma, sons-in-law, daughter-in-law, grandchildren, relatives and friends. Rest in peace. Reposing at Carnegies Funeral Home, 19 The Crescent, Monkstown from 2.30 o'clock (Monday April 9) prior to removal to St. Brigid's Parish Church, Cabinteeley arriving at 5 o'clock Funeral on (Tuesday April 10) after 10 o'clock Mass to Shanganagh Cemetery. Family flowers only, donations if desired to the Parkinsons Association of Ireland.
