KELLY, Vivian (Milltown) Dublin 6, September 29, 2009 - Vivian's wife Bernie, sons Paul and Vivian (Max), daughter Ann, brothers and sisters would like to thank most sincerely all those who supported them during Vivian's passing, those who attended the funeral, sent Mass Cards and letters, his tennis friends in Fitzwilliam Lawn Tennis Club and his golfing friends in Castle Golf Club. A special thanks to the Surgical, X-Ray and Oncology departments in St. James's Hospital, the nurses of the Health Care Centre in Donnybrook and the excellent Home Care Team from Our Lady's Hospice. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass has been offered for your intentions.
