BEHAN (Mary) (Dollardstown, Athy) - On the first anniversary of her death, Mary's family, her husband Jim, her daughter Cathy, her sons Michael and Andrew, her daughter-in-law Mary, her sisters Peig, Ann, Betty and Bridie, her brothers Jack, Noel, Paddy and Terry, her sisters-in-law Breda and Clare, together with all their families, wish to thank most sincerely all their relatives, friends and neighbours who sympathised with them in their great sad loss. We thank those who supported Mary and her family in her illness, those who attended Mary's funeral, sent Mass Cards and letters of sympathy and those who travelled long distances. We wish to acknowledge the great care and attention Mary received from her G.P. Dr John Macdougald and from the Hospice Home Care Team and the Public Health Nurse. We are deeply grateful to Fr John Heffernan, to Fr Dermod McCarthy who attended Mary regularly during her final months and who celebrated her Requiem Mass together with Fr Eddie Kelly of Rhode and Fr Noel Dunphy of Mount Mellick. Special thanks to Fr Philip Dennehy, P.P., who visited Jim and his family at home. We offer a special thank to Karen Clewman and Marian Greene for their beautiful singing and music. A very sincere thank you to all Mary's nieces and nephews, most of whom had travelled long distances, who formed a Guard of Honour for Mary. It was a most touching tribute to their loving and much loved aunt. Thank you to the Rigney family, the Undertakers, for their help and dignified handling of the funeral. Our heartfelt thanks to everyone who prayed for us and helped in any way during a difficult time and to those who have shared their memories of our beloved Mary with us since her death. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass has been offered for all your intentions. Mary's Anniversary Mass will be at the Dominican Church, Athy on Saturday evening, November 18 at 6.15 o'clock
