McCORMACK - January 21, 2010, (Clondalkin and Allenwood, Co. Kildare and formerly of An Bord Altranais), Sarah, beloved partner of Dick Kavanagh and daughter of Agnes and the late Michael McCormack; she will be sadly missed by her loving family, Dick's family, relatives, former colleagues, friends and neighbours. May she rest in peace. Removal from Our Lady's Hospice, Harold's Cross this (Monday) morning to Church of Immaculate Conception, Allenwood, Co. Kildare arriving at 11.50 o'clock for 12 o'clock Mass. Funeral immediately afterwards to Newlands Cross Crematorium for private cremation. No flowers please. Donations if desired to Our Lady's Hospice, Harold's Cross or Mater Private Hospital.
