HINGSTON (London and Dublin) - July 31, 2011; Tragically on holidays in Portugal. Geoff, husband and soul mate to Sinead, father "to be" to Bubba, son to Ken and the late Emerald, brother to Barry and his wife Jennie, brother to Jill and her husband Paul, best friend and "brother" to Matt and Tully. Geoff will be forever missed by his nieces and nephews, Jack, Jessica, Yvette and Chantal, his aunts and uncles, his many friends and never forgotten by his loyal companion, Kobe Blue. Taken too soon from his new family, Frank, Colette, Ciara, Ronan, Cian, Ciaran, Roisin, Emma and Connor. Sleeping soundly in Roth Rua Lodge, Old Kilgobbin Road, Sandyford, Dublin 18. Geoff would wish family and friends to gather to celebrate his short life from 5pm this (Friday) evening. Private removal tomorrow (Saturday) morning to Holy Cross Church, Dundrum for 11:0am, and afterwards to Shanganagh Cemetery. Donations, if desired to be made towards Heart Research.

Today, on his First Anniversary, his wife Sinéad, daughter Lily (7 months), and much loved canine friend Kobe Blue, would like to thank both our families and friends for the incredible support over the past 12 months. Geoff would be so proud of you all for the love and support we have been given during this traumatic, surreal time. To the Sky Sports Crew for going out of their way to make life a little easier, the parish of Holy Cross, Dundrum, Scraggs Alley Carlow, all those who attended his funeral Mass and sent cards and Quinns Funeral Directors for being so incredibly caring...... we thank you all from the bottom of our hearts. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions. &quot;Though I know I'll never lose affection, For people and things that went before, I know I'll often stop and think about them, In my life, I love you more&quot;.<br />Baby.... HINGSTON Geoff (Seventh Anniversary, July 31). Its hard to forget someone who gave us so much to remember. Forever missed by his wife Sinéad, daughter Lily (6) and his loyal pal Kobe Blue.
